i have some plantamin plant food/fertiliser/whatever it is and it says 10ml per 4.4gallons. that means just under 70ml for a 30 gallon? right?
it just seems too much in my opinion.

I got 68.18, but 70 is close enough. Just make sure your tank parimeters are all in check before you add this fert. Also make sure you read the directs, precautions, and safety information.

Yes it's right, I use it, and even then I tend to put in extra just because I can.
Once it's finished, that's an excuse to buy a some 'tropica plant nutrition' which seems to be the best fertiliser out there :D .
Plantamin is by no means bead though, just in some situations you may find yourself needing to add other nutrients to the water because the plantamin doesn't contain them.
I've never had problems with it.
