As I explained in my previous post about the Dogs in Peru - here are some pics I took over Christmas & New Year whilst travelling Peru and doing the Inca Trail. People photography is something I am most interested in, but one of the most difficult subjects in my opinion.
So here are a few of my attempts.

Nice pictures Bloo. Where did you start the trail from? When I did it, I took the bus from Cuzco to OllyamtayTambo and walked it from there. Took 3 days to reach the big campsite, then up at 04:00 to walk the remaining trail to the Sun Gate for "sunrise", through torrential rain and fog..... mind you, the sun came out as I wandered around the site - awesome place. Walked down the mountain and took a train from Aguas Caliente back to town.

Hi LL. We did exactly the same thing :) and the weather sounds very typical. It was also raining with fog on the way to Sun Gate - and as if by magic, the heavens lifted and the sun came out over Machu Picchu at sunrise. Quite amazing.
And just before we reached "Dead Women's Pass" (about 200m away), the heavens opened and the mist rolled in. Such as shame because there was no view to enjoy. But the otherside down was like walking down a waterfall for several hours! and I've never been so happy to see a camp site!

I'll resize and upload my Trail & Machu Picchu photos a little later today.
