peppered corys - food???

oops meant to ask in my last post. we have a community tank & try & vary food by using flake,freeze dried & other bloodworm & dalphinia in sachet type things & cubed tubifex worms + lettuce & other veg. i read on a forum the other day that for corys you should be using sinkable stuff like pellets as well??? help does this mean we've been starving the poor little sods?? i know they like to scavenge around but i would hate to think the poor things are hungry cos we've not been feeding them right. they do like to swing off the tubifex cubes we put in occasionally. anything else we should be giving them
any tips suggestions most welcome

mine love worms too - the only other thing I give is spirulena tablets - but I have to be careful as all my cories are real piglets

catfish pellets, algae wafers they will nibble, catfish wafers,libe bloodworms when u can get hold of them they love them lol. hope that helps
