I Just noticed today after my water change that the wheel on the filter isn't moving. I tried adding more water to the filter piece and it isn't working at all. ALso, the wheel is a kind of brownish green color. Do I need to change it? I looked at the petco a few weeks ago and on the package for a new one it said "do not buy a new filter unlless it is broken" So what should I do? I really need the wheel to run!
