Over Or Under?

Hi all hope all is well..
well im going on the maximum my fish will grow and im going on the 1 inch per gallon rule, in their theory i am over stocked, but it seems really understocked to me..? just quite empty. am i over or under the maximum? my fish and specs are in the signature. what do you suggest i could get as another fish? i dont really want any more guppies so anything else. Dont worry about them having long tails as my Dwarf puffers will soon be out of there.. Cheers

Oh and by the way.. when taking the ph (ive got a liquid one) how do you test it - with the sunlight in front or behind you? thnx again.

Not certain on the stocking, although I do think most of the time you stock by the inch-per-gallon rule your tank looks empty... before they've fully grown. It sounds to me like you have enough, but I'm not certain.

PH should be taken by putting the test tube against the white on the colour chart, and looking at it with the sun behind you.
