Other Fish For My Tank

Right now I have a 55 gallon tank with

3 Bolivian rams
3 female blue gourami
1 make gold gourami
1 red platy
2 neon tetra (getting rid of)
2 emerald Cory (also getting rid of)

I would like your guys creativity on what I could add I might add 3 more rams or just 1 to make it 4 what else could I add tetras or any other nice looking fish I was thinking serpae but again what are your guys ideas.

I would add a school of emperor tetras, or a school of praecox rainbows.

Unfortunately I'm not around a pet shop that has both of these fish I'm very limited if I do want nice fish I would I have to drive to another state but also my lfs have some nice fish maybe if you guys mention some I could see if they have them
