Now that they are free swimming......

Well, I finally have hundreds of little free swimming angels and I'm so happy about it! I don't have an extra air pump to set up a baby brine shrimp hatchery right now, so I fed them a little frozen bbs and then later fed them some Hikari's First Bites. I watched and they seemed to be eating it without trouble. This should be ok shouldn't it?

Keep doing what your doing and youll be fine. I would even go as far as feeding liquifry.

I started out many months ago with 6 dime sized angels in a 30 US gallon Tall and added one that I already had to the tank and let them grow. I also put some live plants in including a live amazon sword. The one I added paired up with one of the babies I raised and once they laid eggs the first time, I moved everything out including a pleco I had in the tank with them. They first laid eggs in March and every time they ended up eating the eggs or the eggs got fuzzy and they ate them. One time I rescued some wigglers but I only have one survivor out of the 15 or so I had saved.
This time I moved the whole amazon sword plant into a 10g using water from the angels tank and voila! I'm still learning about this and this is not the way those who really know how to do it would go about it. I'm just kinda jumping in and seeing what happens.
I also have a tank full of Green Terror fry! But they have been really easy in comparison. My Green Terrors knew instinctively what to do and I just let them do it up until about a week ago when the fry had been free-swimming for about 3 weeks. I'm hoping they will get their act together and make some more babies for me! Time will tell!

As far as pics go, I'll keep trying but they are so small and my camera is not a really good one. But once I get a decent shot I definately will post it!
