Anyone using these? Can I see a picture of it setup in someone's aquarium or at least dimensions, as i'm not finding much useful info on various websites.

Can anyone vouch for their effectiveness?

Not that it would stop me from doing weekly water changes, but it best to have as low as possible nitrates

It's not nitrasafe. I have those already, and while they are good for a while, they quickly deteriorate at a faster rate than in the instruction booklet
