i found it on an old product list on the web but i can't remember the shop name - i think it's wildwoods but not quite sure.
also, i have done a search here in TFF and came up with results from 2-4 years ago so i guess they don't sell them anymore:
Nitrate levels at 80ppm
water changes
Nitrates (no3) in tap water
