Hello I am Gordon an OAP
and new to this site I kept fish about 45 years ago I had 3 X 3 foot tanks that I made myself they were
#1 tropical marine
#2 tropical freshwater
#3 coldwater
All were relativly succesfull but I had to end the hobby as I got a job that needed me to work out of the country and could no longer look after the tanks.
I was looking for something to occupy my time and fancied another go at fish keeping so recently I picked up a used Juwel vision 260 with cabinet there was a lot of water damage to the top of the cabinet which led me to believe that the tank had been leaking in spite of what the seller told me. As no one knew the age of the tank I had all intentions of resealing it anyway. So the reseal is done at the second attempt and the tank is on water test so far so good.
I will keep in touch with my progress

Well hi, Gordon... Welcome to the forum.
I hope you'll have a renewed enthusiasm with the tank you've got after so many years of being without a tank.

Welcome! Your username makes me think that a climbing tank would be really fun...a tall paludarium tank with lots of vertical rock work, waterfalls, vegetation around the base, and lots of panda garra, hillstream loaches, and climbing gobies...
