Looks really good! Used the space well! Large darker colored rocks might blend better instead of the large white rocks. Or balck & white? Ither way nice aquascaping!

Nice tank! I like the natural feel to it.

What are the short grass-like plants are up in front? I'm looking for something similar that will work in fairly low light for my tank.

Its common name is Dwarf saf, To have them tall plant them close togeather but for them to spread out a little more give them distance from one another. For low light though i would recommend and type of cryptocoryne. They are heavy root feeders though so either use a high iron substrate or plant tabs.
 
I Rescaped because of the sprite in the background getting into filter but which one looks better? Imagine it wasnt as cloudy and with more plant cover
