I currently have a ten gallon and am cycling my 55 gallon now. What do you all think of these:

55 gallon - in order by top dwelling, middle and bottom
3 Pearl Gourami (4") - one male and 2 female
4 Mickey Mouse Swords (4")

6 Black Widow Tetras (2 1/2")
6 Bleeding Heart Tetras or Dwarf Peackock Rainbow (2")

8 - 10 Corys (assuming they should be all one kind?) - either Skunk or Swartz (2 1/2")
2 Bristlenose Plecos (4 1/2")
2 Apple Snails

10 gallon
6 Mollys
2 Swords
6 Cardinal Tetras
4 Red-eyed Tetras
1 Pleco
2 Snails
30 Sword Fry

can't see a problem in the 55gal, although have no idea on the pearl gouramis.

As for the corys, you could have 5 of one and 5 of another or even 4 one one, 4 of another and 4 of another again

what pleco are you planning for the 10 gal?

I think the 55 gallon look good, although i do have to say your 10 gallon looks really overstocked especially as red eye tetras and mollies can get quite large. Also what type pleco do you have, because that can be a whole problem in itself.
You already have 19 adult fish in the tank, do you have plans for when the 30 fry grow up?

Is it me or does that 10g sound grossly overstocked, or are you moving them to the 55g?

The LFS sold me a common pleco with the 10 gallon - which I know can get WAY too big for it. I will probably rehome that to a friend of mine that has a 75 gallon tank and get another small pleco, maybe another bristlenose.

I thought you should keep the corys all one kind. Hmm, it would be wonderful if I didn't have to choose between the two.

Thanks.

Well, the fry would be going to the LFS - I would not be keeping any of them. I can always move the 2 existing swords into the big tank also. Would that help with the overstocking?
