Neon Dwarf gourami

Okay, I have a Neon Blue Dwarf Gourami. He has a brown spot on his tail, and it seems to be getting bigger. He had the spot when I got him a year ago. It was much smaller then.
Any ideas what this is and how I can treat it?

i had 2 neon blue dwarfs and both of them had those spots and thay were fine
