Need Help With Goldfish Tank

I have a 29 gallon tank with 5 goldfish and one rosy red. The water keeps getting cloudy and I check the ammonia and that is fine but i did have to adjust the ph. I did a 25% water change but nothing. I feed them 2x a day not that much what can I do about the water?

Your tank is heavily overstocked and from the cloudiness i'm guessing that you are either not dechlorinating the water or you are cleaning the filter in tap water,

I do the dechlorinating of the water, should i use distilled water to clean the filter and adding to the tank?

you should use tank water to clean the filter, tap water kills the bacteria in the filters that keeps the fish alive
