tank specs:
25g
2 external filters 1 undergravel ( used to have 4 goldfish)
plant with CO2
mature
2 electric yellows
1 bristlnose
1shrimp
ph is 7.6 (around)

INFO:
I have two lightning yellow cichlids. One is paler with vertical stripes , and one is a more striking yellow. I had recently treated with general cure and tri sulfa for 5 days. They had symptoms of finrot and red scales which i though was maybe columnaris or anchor worm. Both fishes eat fine which is weird. It has been about a week since the general cure and tri sulfa treatment. At the moment the pale fish seems to just float in the mid section of the tank and his gills are moving very fast. He also has some ripped fins because the other fishes aggresiveness which can be seen from the video. The more striking yellow fish's symptoms are he tends to stop and kinda seize and shake all the time very fast and will dart around the tank. they both seem very shy and are spooked easily. the pale fish seems to float on his side and sit in the midsection. also the bristlnose fish has some finrot. i have also seen some dark specs on the yellow cichlid wich may be velevet? they are very hard to see though. Have seen some rubbing.

Can you post your water stats please in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph,.
Anchor worm will look like a string of hair with a forked tail.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
darting means, bad water quality, toxins in the water, overdose of meds, stray voltage, parasites, ph shock.
Red scales can be due to parasites, septicemia.
Any sores on the body of the fish.
Any red sores with white eding.
Seizure can mean internal parasite, also swimming on there sides can be bacterial, to internal parasites.
What doe the gills look like are they pale with excess mucas, or red and inflamed.
Any excess slime on the body of the fish.
What does it look like when your fish go to the toilet.
Check the anus of the fish to see if its enlarged or red and inflamed.
Any fish look skinny or bloated.
What colour are the dark specs on the fish.

the ph test range i have is 6.8 to 7.6 it tested blue at 7.6. I could be higher though?
I dont have an ammonia nitrate etc. tester so ill pick one up tmw.
hmmm they definelty dart and sort of flicker. Could be ph shock? they are relatively new fish.
i treated with general cure for 4 days and since then there hasnt really been any sores or red scales.(there was before)
Although i have seen teared or ripped dorsal fin on bristlenose and tear in the pale fishes tail.
Im thinking its bacteria?
the gills look red, although they are hard to observe.
pale fish seems wobbly
there #### looks brown from what ive seen lol
no slime
its hard to tell if they look bloated because i havent had them for long, although the stomach looks a little puffy.
they are black but i think it may just be the coloration of the fish around his head area

you need to have a full water test kit.. for ammonia, nitrite, ph, and nitrate as those are the most important. Your ammonia lvl could be killing the fish as well as the nitrite or nitrate level.. make sure you buy the api liquid test kit.. the strips suck.

Need to get water tested at lfs.
Stongly advise investing in some liquids test kits of your own.
Brown on fish can be columnaris to velvet.
Shine a torch on the fish with tanks lights out and see if its shines up a golden colour.
Does the brown area look fluffy in appearance.
