My sister found him in a parking lot freshly out of the egg with no puddle or water in sight. Only thing we can think of is maybe a bird or something carried him there to try to eat him and she walked up and found him.

He's adorable heather. You saved him when he was still in the egg? That makes him even more precious My sister saved a baby robin that fell out of tree once and couldn't fly so she brought it home when she was on her paper route. He was so cute
