My Endler's Disappeared

I had 5 of 'em, 2 males and 3 females. They were really little though, slightly bigger than fry size. Now I can just find 2 of the females. Since they were so small I had thought that maybe they had just died, as baby fish sometimes do. It's a 10 gallon tank it has some plants (live) and a piece of driftwood in it. It was/is those fish and a snail, a ramshorn snail (I think) anyway could the snail have eaten the three no shows?

The water stats are perfect.

afaik the snail wouldn't have eaten them unless they were dead or sick enough to keep still to be eaten. could they be hiding or have found their way into the filter somewhere?

Did you check your filter? I'd say it's the number 1 suspect in your case.

I have thought of that but my filter has a screen on it, but I will check and get back to ya.
