I love sharpei's I think they are absolutely gorgeous!!

Yes, they are beautiful dogs but not for the faint hearted I'm afraid, although I don't have any problems with Skye she is a doll! Would love a couple more, but hence my fishkeeping has taken over my life!

They can be very stand offish with strangers, very aloof and stubborn too, you have to nip the aggression in the bud if it occurs which is rare , but then again it depends how you raise them......sorry to hear about your bad experince with Pei, it's a one off, they are not all like that! If u met Skye then u would melt! x

LOL, my sisters one has ears problems and i brushed against it while walking past her and she lunged at me.. so partly my fault, but still vary warey now.... the other one is just like a big softie(male) and they are stunning dogs
