Looks like columnaris to me.
it it white and fluffy like cotton wool.
Any pinish or red edging to the white fluffy areas.
Is the mouth rotting away on the fish.

Myxazin and pimafix for columnaris in the uk.
http://www.flippersandfins.net/flexibacter.htm

i have treated the tank with fungus treat as they all got it x3 so went to lfs and got some as i only had little bit left in bottle
already lost a pair only had the two pairs couple wks i do a water change every wk some times do more normaly 25ltrs from the tank

Can I ask what med you are using as columnaris is bacterial.

You really need the myxazin and pimafix before it takes hold and spreads to all the fish.

I doubt the fungus stuff would be doing much good (which make?), if columnaris gets hold it can wipe out a tank in a matter of days, I know, Ive been there.

The interpet anti fungus and finrot med crap on columnaris.
I would do a water change and run some black carbon.
Lower temp down gradually.
Get myxazin and pimafix.

COLUMNARIS
The hospital tank should be heated to approx. 74 degrees. 76 and above is the ideal breeding temperature for columnaris. Though there is some dispute over lowering the temperature, my experience has been that 72 is too low for the medication to work rapidly, 76+ causes the disease to breed more rapidly than the anti-biotic can kill, and 74 is "just right." Remember to keep this temperature stable!

update after one wk of treating tank plus i have change the tanks around they now in a 24x15x17 tank as i had a leak in the 3ft tank plus i have lost nearly all of them now bn's

use treatemt melafix and pimafix

ok i have now lost 4 bn's (ie one pair and another 2 females) i brought two common pairs only 4wks ago so only got 3 youngers and the male left not happy at all.....

Your lucky not to have lost any more fish. Why ask for help and then not follow any help you are offered?

never seem to lose fish in my other tanks

i only just started to use sponge filters to save on the elec bill
since using them in 2 of my tanks but only got problem in one of my tanks
ido water changes every wk and do awater test every wk as it says above
and keep upto date with every thing else
dont normaly have trouble with my tanks as i keep it up to date only started when using sponge filters i think i may give up on using the sponge filters at the moment using internal filter in tanks running along with the sponge filter i dont think this is ok is it or no !!

Ok that good news then glad there all back to normal.

lost another one 2nite and it looks like going to lose the male aswell so that will leave me just one bns out of the 8 bns i had in 2ft tank and thats using pimafix dayly dose
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

ill think ill give up on keeping common bns after this lot
----------------------------------------------------------------------
lucky enough these tanks below dont have trouble with illenes
i have one pair in my bigger tank (77x17x18)
and still got my l182 x12 in my corner tank sorting out that tank on weds ie 2mrw putting in sand so all the fish will be going in a 3ft tank for couple days with the water from the tank and filter but will be putting one trio in another 2ft tank that i have set up for my shrimp fry tank(shrimp fry as they going to the lfs on thrusday) that makes 6 tanks set up in our 2bed flat lol
(we did have ten tanks set up start of 2008)
