There seems to be a lot of these tonight. Anyway, standard 55gal with a Rena XP3 filter.
2-caecillians (Typhlonectes natans)
9-rummy nosed tetras
5-swordtails
10- Threadfin rainbows or Pseudomugil signifers

Not easy with rubber eels! They are not really good community fish. Amazing that your tetras survived so far! How big are your eels?
Both rubbers are adults and about 18" long, they still have a little more to go. I got them about 4-5 months ago when they where 12" long. I was a little hesitant to add them at first and I lost 1 tetra a few weeks after I added them. But since then not a single fish has died or gone missing in this tank. The eels swim around a lot too, and often run into fish in the tank. But neither fish nor eel seem to care about it. They get feed 1-2 large earthworms every other day. They would eat a fish if it died and sunk to the bottom and they where hungry. A live fish would have too go to great lengths to get eaten IMO. Like a rabbit getting caught buy a blind dog. They greatly prefer nightcrawlers and my hand over fish. I have seen some pretty interesting behavior from both fish and eel.

And I realize it will be harder to figure out this stocking plan since not much is known about them. So any help is appreciated.

Yeah I don't care much for guppies, I have never owned any.

At the moment the tank has the 2 caecillians, 9 rummies, and 3 adult male boeseamis. I have the swords upstairs in my quaratine tank and they are ready to move. I tried keeping the swords in my 20gal Hi, but they were really aggressive towards each other. I am planning on selling the boeseamis, cuz in the evening they start chasing the rummies around a few of the rummies are getting tears in there fins and the boeseamis are becoming more aggressive towards them. I think they are trying to mate with the rummies.

I still don't think the eels would eat anyone. My boeseamis and rummies ignore them most part. My rummies mainly stay in lose groups around the tan and they tend to get close to eels when they are eating.

Yeah the swordtails. I am going to be selling the 3 boeseamis soon. I really want to breed some rainbows, but the boeseamis are too big for me. Then once they are gone I was planning on getting either the Threadfin rainbows or Pseudomugil signifers. So stocking would be like this

2-caecillians (Typhlonectes natans)
9-rummy nosed tetras
5-swordtails
10- Threadfin rainbows or Pseudomugil signifers

Would that work? Would the tank be fully stocked?
