I’ve some mollys in my tank and there’s a couple of big ones in it. They keep getting harassed by the smaller ones. Is this normal or not? What should I do if not?

Well, are those small ones males? Then it's normal. Are those smaller ones females, then it can be dominance to show how the hierarchy is built in the tank. But also quite normal and it will pass.
You could try to create some hiding spots in the tank for those females.

I’m not sure which are which but we have got some hiding spots.

Give it some time... And see if the peace will be restored amongst them...
