Misty Water.

Last week (7 days ago) i upgraded from a 140L to a 290L tank using the old filter media and approx 90% of the original water. The water was misty straight away. After a day i added some filter aid which did a great job and cleared most of mist up in a few hours, however its still slightly cloudy. Any ideas?

1)Did you add new bodwood to the tank?

2)Did you wash all new substrate well?

Yes and Yes! Had the wood soaking for 2 weeks before adding and the sudstraight was as clean as i could get it! Might try a 30% water change.

The mist seems to a very faint blue-ish look to it!
