So I'm really annoyed today as i was suppose to be picking up 2 pearl gouramis from a fish store who convinced me to go to them instead of another store. So I asked if they can hold them for me until today, which they agreed.
Today arrives and I phone up half an hour before I get there to make sure they still have them, to which they told me they did. I go out of my way to get there to find that the Gourami's she was about to give me weren't pearl gouramis!
I was not impressed at all, this either means that no one in the shop including the guy who I was originally dealing with and is suppose to know about fish, knows how to successfully ID a fish and they never had them in, in the first place. Or the other person I spoke to doesn't quite know what she is doing and shouldn't be left to run the place.
It could be that they did have the fish but didn't reserve it for me and it sold and the lady was wrong or they never had them. I saw other fish with labels on the tank stating that they were reserved but I didn't get this treatment either.
