Melafix/melafake

Hi. I know, this is posted in DIY too but there was no response

Ok just been reading up on making melafake, but did not see any rules or guidelines on dosage. Having not used melafix before i am completely in the dark. Can anyone tell me how many millitres per litre/gallon(uk) I would need for say water changes and addition of new fish, any info will be greatly appreciated

Melafix is 5ml for every 40l. dosing every day for 7 days and doing a 25% water change at the end of the treatment.
