Okay, well I finally got my water clear again. Then, I started using Maracyn Two that night and now it is seriously cloudy. I can't see 3 inches ahead. I can't really do a water change, so I was just wondering is this just the Maracyn two causing this? Thanks.

Yes it can cause tanks to go cloudy, have you increased aeration.
Take a look under maracyn, though you will have to put up with the madonna background music.
