You have two different species. The red one looks like a female red morph thicklip gourami and the yellow one is a male gold honey gourami
No they can't mate as they are different species.
As Mr Limpet pointed out, the fish sold as red honey gouramis, or red robin gouramis, are not honey gouramis despite what the store label says.
