Pictured below is my sterbai that has become known as "lumpy" He started to get what looked like a small cyst on his back a couple of weeks ago & it has grown at an alarming rate. He's fine in himself, rooting around eating & playing with the other corys. Any ideas folks?

To be honest no  The poor little fella, although if he's doing the same stuff as the others then he's probably not in pain. It could just be a natural cyst, like humans get sometimes, its big though!
He has more around his gills and his side looks a bit bulgy! I think the dreaded untreatable neon-tetra disease develops cysts, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will come and give a more definite opinion.

Bless him.
Have you isolated him.

Hows the fish now.
