live food

how often would you suggest live food for a community tank of guppies / mollies / platys

I would probably do it two or three times a week if its just these three livebearers,however,if you have other type of fish that probably only eats live food,then by all means everyday.In my case I just got me a pair of half beaks---these are Asian livebearers----They are somewhat problematic when it comes to eating flakes,so....I am feeding them frozen brime shrimp every morning and later when I come from work only flakes.My fancy gups are having a blast with the treat.
