Lil Girl Doesn't Look Well

My new lil girl guppy doesn't seem well! Her dorsal fin is clamped and she has what looks like red bruising on her body.
I do know that the batch that she came from at the lfs wasn't particularly brilliant.
What can I do to help her???

Tank inhabitants:another male and female guppy, a betta (sectioned)

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): the male guppy, poorly female gup and betta added 2 days ago

Exposure to chemicals: n/a

Bruising beneath the skin can be septicemia and also red marks can be.
Septicemia hard to cure once its advanced.
Can you issolate the fish for treatment, as the bacteria from the fish can enter the tank.
