Hi

We have noticed a white patch appear on one of our Guaramis on the top of it's head! Can anyone tell us what this could be and any advise really?

We also have noticed what look like baby snails we have 2 zebra snails so presume that's what they are. How do people deal with them best? Is it okay to leave or should we remove we don't know how many but there looks like quite a lot.

Last question does anyone know what the small orange balls are?

Many thanks

The gourami issue looks like a scratch. If so, maintaining excellent water quality should result in complete healing in less than a week, provided no secondary infections set in. To prevent the latter, water change (largish) and keeping nitrate as low as absolutely possible.
Re the snails - if what you mean by zebra snails is one of the common “Nerita” (they actually don’t belong in that genus), then no, that is not what the little ones are. Those are small rams horns, family Planorbidae. They may have come with plants or other introductions. Neritid snail don’t reproduce in the aquarium as they need to have marine/estuarine conditions for that.
I don’t know what the yellow balls are but they are unrelated to either type of snails, or to the gourami.

The yellow/orange balls - do you use any plant fertiliser? Some types contain yellowish balls which can end up on top of the substrate.

The Gouramy has banged its head and lost a few scales, probably spooked by something (or chased?). Good water and it should heal. A half dose of a bactericide as a preventative may or may not help.
