Hi,
I have 6 L183's and they have caught white spot from an angel i introduced to the tank. Recently i have moved away from keeping discus so have put the temp on the tank down slightly and the tank has been ravaged by white spot since. I lost two angels whilst treating the tank, now all 6 of the 183's are badly effected and are all sitting around the top of the tank.
So far i have tried treating with meds whilst turning the temp in the tank up as i believe this stops the white spot spreading through the water. I have done a 75% water change every second day. I checked the meds and they should be okay to use with plecs.
They are the only fish in the tank that have it now. The 114's havent picked it up.
Is there anything that i am missing here that could help me save the plecs?
