My first tank, fish are now settled, happy days

How big is it? It looks lovely but I'm afraid it looks far too small for the bala sharks - they can get to over a foot and need a very big tank indeed - hundreds of litres and very long - 5 or 6 feet as a minimum really. The gouramis look like they might both be males in which case I'd watch out for fighting, might be better to take one back and get a few ladies instead. Apologies if one is a girl, its hard to make out.

40g, yeah I plan to purchase a juwel 450 in January, so that would take care of that issue, yep they are 2 males, they have been ok so far, lol *touch wood*. Thanks for advice
