ive viseted the sealife centre a few times and was just wondering...hyperthetically if i wanted to keep jelly fish, could i do it? an what equipment would be needed to house them? also i know their feeding habits are like no other, so how could i do this? this question is only out of interest! thanks in advance summat fishy :)

I think they would be too fragile for a home aquarium, but who knows. I'm sure somebody has tried.

yeah i was just wondering! thanks for the replys! yeah it would be very interesting i dont know how you could get hold of some though i couldnt see them being frequently imported! dont think they would get on with anything else either, however some smallfish take refuge in there tenticles hiding from larger fish so they would be a good addition if you could find out what species they were lol
 
Jellyfish are very difficult to do. You need a specialised tank with the filtration and powerheads kept away from anywhere the jellies can get to. Even then they are susceptible to water pollution. Not in any way an easy thing for the hobbiest to keep.
