is this the pump i'm looking for?

Hey all,

I just finished makeing my external water filter, the only prob now is that i need a good EXTERNAL water pump, not too powerful thru.
I built it on a redesign of an external water pump i bought for my indoor pond (on a much smaller bases of course), and using a centeral heating pump to pump the water round. But it would just be too powerful for my tank.

Anyway after searching numerous petstores and sites I finally think i found an EXTERNAL water pump to help me with what i'm doing.

I was wondering if you could tell me if this or a similiar pump you could recommand would be what i'm looking for.

I need it to be able to pump the water out externally from my fish tank via a pipe into my external water filter, being water tight it should be able to push the water round thru the presure back to the tank.

plz can someone tell me if this pump is what i'm looking for, should be able to work fully externally out of the tank.
