I was wondering if this would be stocked for a 55 gallon.
6 giant danio
6 albino corys
2 pearl gouramis
1 sunburst platy
1 paradise fish
3 khuli loaches.
6 black phantom tetras
could I add more? thanks for help.

Its not overstocked, but I'm not too sure if you could add more. Probably could as none of those fish are really big waste producers. You might want to get another platy or two to keep your single platy company. I'd be worried about the gouramis though, if they are both male they may become aggressive towards each other. Also, with the khulis, remember, the more you have the more you'll see them, and the happier they'll be. It might be best to get atleast 6.

In a 55g tank I wouldn't worry too much about ratios of platys.. I'd maybe get a few more black skirts + giant danios but that's it..

nothing big and waste producing

The one thing that would worry me is the gouramis getting stressed out by the constant action of the giant danios, not sure I would personally put these fish in the same tank.

WOW I just got back from my friends house and they have a tank that has plants all over. It was beautiful. He had all kinds of plants. For his fish he just put small like chericens and stuff. So i have decided to do that to. So in a heavily planted 55 gallon would this list that I made on way home work.
3 khuli loaches
6 phantom tetras
6 albino corys
3 glofish
1 guppy
4 dwarf gourami.
So would that work?

I still think the same about the khulis. Are the glowfish danios? If so, then you'll want to put them in a proper school of at least 5-6. Your guppy might get lonely, I would go with maybe 5 males (to spread out aggression) or you could get a couple male and double amount of females, as any fry would probably be eaten with the fish you have in there. Again, if you have more then one male gourami, they can be aggressive. Try to get 1 male, 3 females. However, female dwarf gouramis are hard to find as they are a dull grey color and aren't as pretty as the males.

Oh, BTW, you can have more fish then that!

so is this stocked or can I add more?
5 khuli loaches
6 phantom tetras
6 albino corys
6 glofish
5 guppy
4 dwarf gourami.
1 sunset platy
6 jewl tetra
6 flame tetra

You might want to get another platy or two to keep your single platy company.
I would also maybe add more to the bottom. Once you have the tank established, and if you notice you have aglae, then a group of 3-5 ottos would be good. What about some upside down catfish? They are so adorable! They like to be in big groups though, I think.

Would pygmy corys work? I heard that they like to be in groups of about 12. So how about this...
5 khuli loaches
6 phantom tetras
6 albino corys
6 glofish
5 guppy
2 sunset platy
6 jewl tetra
6 flame tetra
12 pygmy corys.
6 penguin fish.
That is porbably stocked right there. Dont you agree?

You don't really need 12 of them, you just need atleast 6, but the more the better. I think that is a good stocking list, don't add any more though.
