Is This Overstocking?

2 red wag platy
2 guppies
A silver lyretail molly
A few shrimp

And the molly is to be my centerpiece. If its too big for a 10 gallon what can i replace it with? A betta?

The molly would be too big. I wouldn't add more than two (male) platies and two (male) guppies. Platies get pretty big for a ten gallon. A few shrimp should be ok too. Better yet, ditch the platies and go with six male guppies and a few shrimp. Make sure you keep up on the water changes.
