I have a male and a female together for some time now and am wondering if my female is pregnant. She has been aggressive towards the male and has been swimming in a small location of the tank for a couple of days now.

Yes, pregnant. Any time you have a male and female guppy together the female will always be pregnant. Guppies are likely the most prolific of the kept live bearers. Shoot, Sometimes I think they are born pregnant.
Not just pregnant . Really pregnant !
