Internal Parasites Or Bacterial Infection?

One of my angelfish has some sort of round protrusion that only recently looks like it has blood too. Its fins are reasonably damaged but I haven't seen any fish chase/attack it. The damaged fins are dorsal, tail and anal fins. Here are some pics, numbers 1, 3, 5, 8 are probably the best (my camera is bad).

Please help me figure out what is wrong with my fish.

Edit: I'm in nsw/au and the only medicines I've seen in lfs are melafix and primafix.

Do you mean the anus looks enlarged or red and inflamed.

i dunno. its kinda like a bubble sticking out of the fish with a red tinge to it. near his anal fin so maybe

Is the fish male or female.

Can you see any worms in the bubble.

Signs of internal parasites are.

long stringy white poo or clear mucas poo, or red poo.
Enlarged anus or red inflamed anus.
Worms ptrtruding from the anus.
Fish will look skinny or bloated.
Sunken in belly.
Bent spine sometimes.
Fish will sometimes swim on there sides.

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

long stringy white poo or clear mucas poo, or red poo. this was observed (all 3 at different stages), but i also noticed the fish eating my plants
Enlarged anus or red inflamed anus. don't know enough about fish anatomy to really say much, if it means anything, it looks kinda like an organ was forced out of the anus and filled with air

Fish will look skinny or bloated. seems kinda normal looking

Fish will sometimes swim on there sides. no he swam properly when he chose to

The fish died last night anyway. I can't say I was expecting him to pull through with such a large protrusion, but I also don't what whatever happened to him, happening to the other fish. The tank had been stable for over a month. I think I might have purchased a bad fish (the other fish he was in the lfs with didn't look too good either).

Is it possible this could spread? What should I treat with if it does?
