Hi,
My husband has surprised me by buying me a little tank, it's a 21L(5G) fish r fun(hexagonal) tank, he's got some black gravel & a japanese pagoda in it.
Now my dilemma is what to put in it? I was thinking of some tetras, but once I upgrade my goldfish to a large tank when we move I'm going to have their old tank for tetras, corys etc(although I'm sure I'll change my mind).
So then I thought of getting a betta, but not 100% sure as I'm not fond of fish on their own, I always feel cruel, but they are supposed to prefer being on their own(or so I've read). Then I thought perhaps some dwarf puffers, but I don't think it's suitable for them as I think I read they like alot of places to hide and they wouldn't have this with the pagoda(not sure about adding alot of plants, not much space for them).
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated, 21L didn't sound too small to me, but compared to my other 3 it's tiny and I can't decide what to put in it.
