imbellis

Does anyone know much about the betta imbellis? Do you have care sheets? I'm thinking of getting a pair or so, but I'm not sure about what fishes I can keep them with--for instance, can I keep more than a pair together? Can I keep them with female betta splendens?

Thanks, Lawrence! The sites answered some of my questions. One thing I still haven't figured out, though--I saw a site that said they can't be put together with the splendens. But I'm not sure if it meant male splendens, or even females...

No probs, glad to be of some help!

I think they may be trying to say that the two species shouldn't be cross bred, which I'm sure they would if housed with the splendens.
