seems good in here ive had fish before but just went through about 6 years without them. well had a gold fish but i mean tropical fish. got a two foot tank fluval 2 plus did have a load of other tanks but gave them away over the last few years.

oh yea one thing im not shur what sort of fish i got today im shure ill slap my head and say "but of course i should have known that" can anyone tell me what sort of fish it is from this low res image in my aviator? it bugging me its not much more than fry and havent sexed it yet. just this minuet put down its first alge pelet thingy ... it looks kinda like the lepord plec i had years ago but its umm got a stripe down ither side.. hmm its a mistery to me sorry bout the pic.

hard to tell form that pic, could be almost any type of plec. do you have a larger more detailed pic you could post in members aquarium pics?

i had my cam on hight detail he is a pretty dinkey fish though i cant tell if its a male. i think it was labled as three different fish by the people selling it. as you might be able to tell from my earlyer posts im not too shure of the vallidity of the sales people in my local fish shop. for variouse reasons, not based on the treatment of the fish or of there general knowledge of how to treat fish. on that they where pretty good. when i asked questions i noticed that they where makeing generalisations on some fish i used to have a thing about a fire mouth... well its not a comunity fish well dont ten points to the guy in the fish shop. but they wouldnt for instance attack a neon they might i think go to a lemon gourami or anothe of the same kind of size. no way would they go for a cat fish. i had a red tailed shark in the tank with it and ... oh hold on im ranting again..

yea they are pretty low the camera did a poor job of catching the colours he is pretty dark and has a sort of stripe on the side of him im gonna work out how to send in a pic or two see if they look any better.
