HI I HAVE 2 FANCY GOLDFISH AND ONE ID HIDING IN CORNER AND HAS STATED GETTING RED BLOOD BUBBLE ALL OVER ANY IDEAS WHAT THIS COULD BE???

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
The red bubble is all over the fish.
Is the red bubble beneath the skin
