Hi,

I upgraded two of my community tanks, combing them into a single 22gallon tank.

Except my 3 USD catfish (Synodontis Nigriventris) and the BN plec, which now reside in one of the old tanks.

I'm now looking for something to live with these fish, I want something big-ish (I say ish as its not a big tank)
The tank is 15imp Gallons, so its at max stocking, really, but the tank has a lot of filtration and the maximum stocking can be 28" with the filtration, according to professional fishkeeping. but that why I want ONLY 1 other fish, I dont want tetra's as I have a few different types in the 22gallon and am looking for something a little different.

I want something that is active and would be the 'main' fish in the tank, if you understand.
As the tank look empty at the moment, as the plec and the USD cats hide all day and come out at night.

Any ideas on what I can add, if I were to get rid of them I would get a rainbow snake head, but I dont want to part with them

I have another tank that that I may set up as that

fish off the menu would be:

- Live breeders
- puffers
- gobies
- tetra

so with these in mind, any ideas

A pair of rams or kribs maybee.

How about a gourami, there are lots of different color patterns to choose from.

I've had Kribs in the past the male beat the female up and she died, and then he became VERY agressive and I gave him away as he was killing other fish.
I also had a group of 4 rams, but again they were attacking the other tank mates so they got taken back and exchanged

I was thinking about gourami, as I haven't kept any of those yet, but I was thinking of something a little different from the norm' as my bot-so-LFS will order fish for me, so I can get pretty much what I like, as long as their distributers have can get them.
