I saw a pacu!

I was at my local PetsMart last night getting some fishy supplies and saw a group of pacu! They were selling the mild cousin of the piranha! I can't believe they were selling these things. They grow to be like 3 feet long. If I had a thousand gallon tank I would think about getting a few but who has room for a tank that big?I am happy that they label the fish with how large they grow at petsmart so no one will buy them and try to keep them in a 20 gallon tank.

I say a few at my pet store (in what I beleive is a 700 gallon tank) and thy were huge! they were about 2' long and they were only $20, too bad I don't have a tank big enough
Its good that the petsmart told the people that, but they shouldn't have bought any in the first place , If you need a several hundred gallon tank to keep them, they should know not to put them out for sale, its just going to rot away in its tank...
