I Go To Sleep My Fish Has Clear, Crisp Fins, I Wake Up, They Are Black

Ok. This has happened before but has only happened recently. I have a 55 gal tank with 3 silver dollars and various other fish danios, otos, etc. The tank is not overstocked, water perameters are normal.

Question is: One of my silver dollars recently has been getting strange jet black tips on the dorsal and tail fins. But only when I wake up in the morning, I see him like that...but then the markings fade away about 10 minutes after I turn the lights on. Its wierd. He doesnt act any differently. Can someone shed some light on this?

Well usually when a tank is dark the fish's color will fade, then a few minutes later it regains its color. So maybe its similar to this, but instead the lack of light its causing strange markings. Nothing to worry about.
