Looking for a power head to eliminate dead spots in my Fluval 240l - Has anyone got any experience of these?
 
Amazon doing them at a decent price and it and Hydro Nano pumps get a good review.

I had two Koralia 3200 in my minireef and I was quite pleased with them.
 
If you can afford it go for a Vortech MP10. I have MP40s on my current reef, and I don't think I'll want to try anything else.
They have a very low intrusion in the tank, the motor is outside of the tank, so it won't contribute to heating the water and the water flow is wider than most equivalent circulation pumps.
 
They are a bit powerful for your tank, but you can tone them down by simply turning the knob on the controller.
