How to make my platies breed

I have 2 platies im almost possitive 1 male 1 female, but I'm not sure how to make them breed or how to tell when she is pregnant. Can any1 help

She wil get big, like a balloon. She will have fry every 30 days about ok. Or there abouts. If she doesnt, then she may be infertile... update us if she starts to get big.

I don't know how to tell if she is big because i just got her and she is a bit bigger than the male.

and chances are she is
u should get another female
2 female to every male

yeah i agree with haaris. I think there should be 3 females to every livebearer male though... To keep him busy, and chill females out more...
