how plants should there be

for a 1.5 gallon betta tank and a 15 gallon regular tank?

IMO 1 or 2 for 1.5gal and around 25 for 15gal. Again it depends on what type of plants, type of lighting etc. Just add plants until you get that look which YOU like

i have 9 in my 35 (13 more coming on monday) you should try Marimo balls i just bought some today i hear they dont evan need like , thats from tropica
