how many neons would fit in a 13 gallon tank ?

could I ask dimeonsions? neons are quite active for such little fish.. and room to swim is essential.. length being much more important than anything else of course.

thankyou i use to have a fire eel neons and a cory black widows silver sharks clown laoch( but not at the same time) i'm now thinking of neons again small easy to look after

Think about it this way then:
They produce hardly any waste, theyre tiny, they have plenty of space to swim

If youre keeping the betta and cories, bettas and neons aren't a good combo, and you'll need more cories (about 5 more).

how many neons would fit in a 13 gallon tank ?

About 24,000 would fit in a 13 gallon tank, without water of course. I figure 8 neons per cubic inch, 231 cubic inches per gallon that means 8 * 231 * 13 = 24,024 if something is wrong with my logic, please correct me.

Now, I would not have a problem with 15-18 neons in a tank with water if the goal was to keep them alive. As said earlier, they are small and their waste is very small. I have kept 15 in a US ten gallon tank without a problem. That assumes that is all there is in the tank, and plants will make it even easier to support them.
