I was wondering how fast the following fish grow.

(Peacock) Spiny Eel
Rainbow Shark
Black Ghost Knife
Gold Nugget Pleco

I know how long they all grow but i wanted to know have fast they grow. A good diet. Like, how many inches per years, or this many inches for the first 2 years then this many inches every year onwards, etc. If i haven't made the question clear enough just tell me. I really want to know this info. tnx  .

I believe that's a "How long is a piece of string?" question. If you're asking because you're wondering how soon you'll have to rehome them then I suspect you need to make plans now because fish grow at different rates according to hundreds of variables.

alright, i suppose the better question would have been "How big do they grow?" then from that full length work in advance. Thnx for your help.

Peacock spiney eels get to about 12" (30cm), mine reached 6" (15cm) within their first year and the biggest is now about 10" and still growing.

Rainbow sharks get to about 5" (13cm), they grow quite slowly, my mrs has had one for about a year and it is now 3" (8cm).

BGK's get to around 20" (50cm), their growth really depends on diet and water quallity but expect the fish to be at least 8" (20cm) within a year.

Golden nugget plecs get to around 6" (15cm) (i think, i have never seen one bigger anyway), they grow slowly and will take many years to reach full size.
